Hello, please help. Am a black African male. I have a choice between HUST and Zhejiang university. Which one is the better choice for me?
ReplyDeleteThose are both great universities. Zhejiang is more highly ranked, so I would suggest applying there first.
DeleteHello Henry,
ReplyDeleteThanks you for keeping an informative and helpful blog.
I've got 2 questions regarding studying MBBS at Zhejiang:
1- How many students are there in one class room and does the number exceed the normal range? Are the professors available for further questions and explanation?
2- Is the standard of teaching high and competitive? And could you kindly elaborate on the pre-medical examination conducted in the third year?
Thanks!
1. There are around 90 students in a year, so for lectures you are all together, but for labs and anatomy you are split up in to classes of 30. The professors are available after class much like any other university in the world.
Delete2. I graduated from Manchester university and the teaching here is comparable with there. The level and depth of the subjects here is often higher than the UK. I have not taken the pre med exam, but I believe it will be a similar format to USMLE step 1.
